Acceptance of Terms

You are solely responsible for:

- Notify mk1 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account
Mk1 will not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of your password by another party due to your own negligence.
User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

- Sharing, transferring, or selling your mk1 account to any other party
Mk1 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including suspending or terminating accounts, withholding related balances, and reporting suspicious activity to the relevant authorities — if any of the above rules are violated.
Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the mk1 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds are from a legitimate source and are solely owned by you.
Deposit
Deposits can be made via payment methods supported by mk1, including local e-wallets and online banking. Processing times vary depending on the selected payment method. mk1 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established verification procedures. mk1 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the platform's current policies.
Charges & Fees
Mk1 reserves the right to apply processing charges or transaction fees where applicable. Any relevant charges will be communicated to users before a transaction is confirmed. Bank or e-wallet fees imposed by third-party providers are the user's sole responsibility.

Account Policy — Suspension & Closure
Mk1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence of a breach of these terms, fraud, or any activity that compromises the integrity of the platform. In cases of suspension related to an ongoing investigation, the account balance may be withheld pending the outcome of that investigation.
